NIKON DealerNet Xpress AUTHORIZATION
1. I hereby authorize the Administrator and User(s) identified above on this
DealerNet Xpress Account Authorization Form (“Authorization Form”) to access
and use the Nikon Inc. (“Nikon”) DealerNet Xpress system (“DealerNet Xpress”)
as indicated above on this Authorization Form, including but not limited to
order entry in the case of the Administrator and e-mail receipt. Dealer
understands and agrees that it shall be responsible for all access and use of
DealerNet Xpress by its Administrator and Users, including but not limited to
payment for all DealerNet Xpress product orders. Dealer also agrees to be
responsible for any unauthorized access gained through Dealer, its
Administrator and Users. The Administrator and each User must use only the
log-in ID and password assigned to him/her. I understand and agree that only
the Administrator may place orders on DealerNet Xpress.
2. Dealer agrees it shall be solely responsible for canceling, on DealerNet
Xpress, any and all authorization(s) for any of its User(s). Dealer may cancel
its Administrator only by terminating its dealer relationship with Nikon. An
Administrator can be changed and User(s) can be added only with Nikon’s
consent.
3. Nikon reserves the right at its sole discretion to discontinue DealerNet
Xpress, or to prevent the access and use of DealerNet Xpress by any
Administrator or User, without notice.
